We believe transparency is key, especially when looking for your next home. Our one-time fees include the following for each applicant:

• $50 Application Fee, per applicant. Nonrefundable.
• $150 Administrative Fee, per household, due upon approval. Nonrefundable.
• $500 Deposit, per household, due upon approval. 
• Conditionally approved applicants may be required to pay an additional deposit, with the total deposit equal to one month's rent.
• $250 pet deposit if you plan on bringing a furry friend. Nonrefundable
